As we near the end of the fall sports season, many of our teams have had tremendous success. Congratulations to Freshman Football and Boys’ Soccer on their undefeated regular seasons, and to the Class of 2027 for winning the Pep Rally!
At this month’s Board meeting, we were proud to recognize 13 HCRHS students named Commended Students in the National Merit Scholarship Program. Congratulations on this outstanding achievement!
Finally, best wishes to our Board student representatives as they continue their important work of keeping students connected to the Board, and the Board connected to students. Be sure to follow their new Instagram page!

On October 15, I enjoyed attending the girls varsity field hockey game against Montgomery. The spectators were on the edge of their seats! After being tied 1-1, our girls scored another goal in the final seconds of the game for an exciting win. The seniors were also recognized that evening, so this win was extra special. Congratulations to the entire team!
Wishing our Marching Red Devils a stellar performance at the USBands State Championships in Robbinsville on Halloween! You have had a packed month of Bandtober with homecoming festivities, playing as a pep band and performing your halftime field show at home football games, senior recognition night, hosting over 60 students from our sending districts for 8th grade night, and competitions in Somerville and Hillsborough, all on top of many hours of rehearsal each week. Your MRDedication is appreciated!
