Reminder - Health Forms Due 10/15
Don't forget to complete health requirements for the current school year! Physical exams and immunizations are due 10/15 or your child will be excluded from school until the proper updated paperwork is turned in. If you havenβt already done so, please make an appointment for your childβs health examination and request that your medical provider complete the required form and return it to your childβs school ASAP.
All forms and more information can be found on the health form page of our website (linked below).
Changes in After School Plans
Children need consistency. In order for the office to effectively communicate these changes, we need parents to plan ahead and do the following:
1. In the morning, write a note to the school, tell your child about the change, and have your child give the note to their classroom teacher stating the needed change.
Written notes are to be sent whether a child does or does not take a bus and will be going home to another studentβs house. Notes are needed from both sets of parents, the sending and the receiving parent, so that neither parent gets a βsurprise visitorβ or gets worried thinking that their child is lost.
2. If a phone call must be made by a parent regarding a change in dismissal, the office must be contacted before 1:30 in the afternoon. Since the office gets very busy, especially near the end of the day, a message called after that time may not reach your child in time for dismissal.
Now Enrolling: District 10 Preschool & Upcoming Open House Dates!

Our multi-aged program brings together children who are typically developing, at-risk, or with identified disabilities. Children play and learn in an inclusive, supportive environment. Board Salute - Buildings & Grounds Team
Weβre sending a huge THANK YOU to our incredible Building & Grounds Team for their extraordinary effort at Peacock Middle School! Over the summer, this dedicated crew worked tirelessly to clear out the entire building and put it all back togetherβjust in time for opening day. From classrooms to common spaces, every detail was handled with care. Their commitment, teamwork, and behind-the-scenes hustle didnβt go unnoticed. The Board recognized their efforts with a well-deserved salute at the September Board Meeting.
