Parent/Teacher Conferences
Schedule for the Week of October 26th - October 30th
Conference week schedule will be different than our normal because we have minimum days Tuesday through Friday (see schedule here). Please note that we have "Early Minimum Days" and "Late Minimum Days".
How to Sign Up
We will be using an online signup process starting on Monday, October 19th at 8:00 am (instructions below). Appointments with each teacher are limited to 5 minutes for 6th graders and 10 minutes for 7th and 8th graders. Pay close attention to where each teacher meets, either MU or Library. Click here for teacher locations. It is recommended to group appointments by location or add a buffer for travel time between MU and Library. The meetings start and end at the appointed time, so please be punctual.
Note: You may schedule appointments with only the teachers that you’d like to meet with. It is not required to meet with all of your child’s teachers.
Register (new users) 1. Enter your email address and push “Login/Create Account". 2. Fill in the required fields and register.
Sign In If you have previously registered, all you need to do is enter your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can select the Forgot Password button and a new password will be emailed to you.
Identify Student For each child, enter their full first and last name including multiple last names, if applicable. If your child is registered at school with multiple last names and you do not include them, the system will NOT find your child. You will also need to enter their birthdate in the correct format (mm/dd/yyyy). Click “Proceed” or add another child.
Service Indicate one of three options: 1. whether translation services will be needed for your appointment(s), 2. whether your child is in 6th grade, or 3. whether your child is in 7th or 8th grade, then click “Next Step”. If you need translation services, you do not need to also select a grade.
Scheduling 1. The legend shows you which teacher corresponds to which color. Select the teachers that you want to meet with and click “Filter Slots”.
Scroll through the days and times available (Note: you will not see all of the teachers at your school, just the set of teachers that your children have classes with.) 2. Click on a square to book that time 3. Click "Create Appointment".
Repeat until you have a time with each teacher you'd like to visit with.
• At any time you can click on "printable schedule" and print the resulting web page to get a hard copy of your schedule. You will also have the option to email your schedule to yourself.
• If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in at any time with the email address and password you used to create your account.
• Click on “Your Schedule” to display and hide your appointments. There will be links to change the time or cancel the appointment.
