A heartfelt thank you to our Parent Council for their generous support of the Grade 4 classes during their afternoon of curling at the Pidherney Center. The students had an incredible time, learned the basics of a new sport, and created some great memories together.

We truly appreciate your continued support of our students and school community — thank you so much!

A message from our school counsellor…

Children develop self-esteem when they feel valued and capable—and one of the best ways to help is by practicing kindness. Families can try fun tasks like giving compliments, helping set the table, leaving a kind note, or cheering on a sibling. Even small acts show children that being kind makes them feel good and builds confidence!

Need support? Help is available and it’s free!

Alberta Health Services offers free mental health support for children, youth, and families in our community. Phone: 403-340-5274

SES is welcoming Linda Alberg and her Companion Dog Daisy to our Seton community every Monday morning 9:00 - 10:30. Daisy is a Cockapoo Poodle cross who loves spending time with children. She is a calm and loving dog, and we are thrilled to have her join our Seton Family. Daisy will join us in the library to help provide affection, comfort and support to our students, while also developing skills in self-regulation, decreasing stress and anxiety, increasing communication skills and promoting positive interactions.

Bus Status App Bus Status App

While our school buses are almost always on time, the winter months and snowy road conditions can lead to delays for your child’s school bus. To stay notified of your child’s bus status, please see the following links for ways to check on bus times. The App has been refreshed and is now called Bus Status 4. Please reinstall the app if you still have the older version.

St. Elizabeth Seton School Website

Bus status can be found on the main page of our website. It will display if a bus is on-time, delayed, or cancelled. There will often be a comment next to the delayed buses indicating how long the bus delay is. Click the title above to link to our website.

Bus Status App by Box Clever

Alternatively, you can download the bus app for your Apple or Android phone. See the images below and click on them to go to your respective app store and download the app.
