Bison Blurb
NBES Weekly Family Newsletter for February 20, 2026
Something sweet is happening at New Buffalo Elementary! 🍁✨
Our students headed outside this week to observe the maple trees that we have tapped right here on our school property. We aren't just learning about the science of sap; we’re learning about the power of giving back.
Every drop collected will be boiled down into fresh maple syrup and donated to the New Buffalo Township Fire Department for their annual pancake breakfast! We are so proud of our students for working hard to support the first responders who do so much for us.
Stay tuned for "sweet" updates on our progress!
