As a reminder, our second payment of $150 was due on Friday, December 2. This is the second payment, as we have already taken deposits of $100.
Fundraising - Ben and Jerry's TODAY!
Our first fundraising effort will occur today - Wednesday, December 7th at Ben & Jerry's at Arsenal Yards! 20% of all sales (pre-tax) made between 5 and 7 PM will go to our organization. No flyer is needed, anyone who shows up and makes a purchase helps us out! Please spread this information far and wide.
Register on World Strides Website ASAP
We need all participating students to register on the World Strides website. This is the company we work with to plan the trip. CLICK HERE for the website to register.

Upcoming payment dates:
- $150 due December 2
- $150 due January 6, 2023
- $150 due February 3
- $200 due March 3
- Balance due March 24
Checks should be made out to “City of Watertown”
We are closer to finalizing the trip roster and booking the bus so will have a better idea of the final cost very soon!
