September 2025
What is happening this month in the library?
Classes
We have begun to see classes in the library! We are on an A/B schedule so we have the opportunity to see everyone every other week! If you would like to visit us at other times, please let me know, so we can schedule a time for you to come in with your students.
We will be sending home a notice reminding families and students how to take care of our books. Please remind them to bring their books back every time they visit the library.
Technology 💻📱🔌
Device Distribution
Thank you so much for your patience with device distribution! Every child should have either an iPad or Chromebook checked out to them. Each device was given a set of chargers to go along with them, and each were relabeled with the child's name. The librarians are only responsible for distributing and taking up the student devices. If any of the items have an issue, please create a ticket in eduphoria for the technology department to address it. For any issues with teacher devices, please contact IT helpdesk to help resolve it.[(210)989-5116]
Here are the expectation for technology use:

If you receive a new student please let me know so we can assign them a device. If there is a withdrawal, please let me know the child's name, student number and return the device so that I can document it. Thank you
