Reading
We will be learning how to identify and describe the main character.
Phonics
Students will be introduced to the Countdown program.
Writing
We will begin learning how to draw using shapes. Students will also be introduced to handwriting strokes.
Math
We will be learning about math tools.
Science
We will learn about scientists and safety rules.
Social Studies
We will learn about authority figures.

- Please remember to bring one snack and a water bottle each day.
- Please send a pair of over the ear headphones if you have not already done so.
- Please check your child's folder each day, sign and remove any papers.
- Please make sure that your child has a change of clothes in his or her backpack and they are labeled.
If you would like to send birthday invitations, please make sure to include one for every student.
If you would like to send birthday treats for the class, you must submit the Lauren's Law form for approval 10 days prior to the day you would like to send treats. The Lauren's Law form is attached as a PDF below.
Sending treat bags for the entire class is also a great option!
Kindergarten lunch time is from 11:04-12:04.
