OHVA HomeTown for Staff

You can see your events on your computer by logging in with the same credentials as you do on the Hometown Gate App (https://ova.hometownticketing.com/admin).

Or you can see attendees on the Gate App as well.

If you wish to send email to all attendees:

• go to website above log in with your host credentials below
• click on DASHBOARD
• click on your event
• scroll down and click on GUEST LIST
• export the guest list
• send an email to LC's for any specific reminders needed

1. Print OHVA APP QR CODE SHEET (button below)

2. Have Attendees without tickets download and go to OHVA App

3. Have the attendees click EVENTS on App

4. Have attendees click the event on the OHVA Event Calendar and obtain HomeTown Tickets

5. Scan tickets once they are secured by attendees
