Attention Class of 2027! The first session of senior photos for the class of 2027 is now open.

• The first session of photos will be held at Magruder on July 16 and 17, by appointment ONLY.
• There are multiple photo session options available, including one type that is FREE of charge.
• Please make an appointment by using this link.
• Read this letter from our photo vendor for more information.
• Questions should be emailed to seniors@vosphoto.com.

Students taking Advanced Placement (AP) courses for the 2026-2027 school year may have summer assignments to complete to prepare for next school year.

• Carefully review the document linked here to determine if your student has required AP course assignments that must be completed over the summer.
• Teacher emails are included in the document in case your student has specific questions about the assignment.

Extracurricular activities and clubs had a great time this year at Magruder!

• Take a look at the new ECAs Quarterly Newsletter and some of the fun our students had this spring.
• Starting next fall, this newsletter will be shared quarterly so we can highlight the wonderful activities our students are involved in.

• It's a great way to get involved, make your college application stand out and have your voice be heard.

Students participating in a summer internship can earn school credit by enrolling in the free MCPS Summer School Internship Course.

• The course runs June 22 - July 31 and is open to students completing a summer internship . This is a great opportunity for students to gain valuable real-world experience while also earning academic credit.
• Students who have a placement can register using this link. Registration is open until June 21. If you have any questions email Magruder Internship Coordinator Lesley Stroot or stop by C239 during lunch.
• We encourage all students participating in internships this summer to take advantage of this opportunity!
