Good morning Huskies!

Hope you enjoyed the beautiful weather over the long weekend.

Our annual PTA membership drive continues. We encourage all members of the Spring Brook community to join (families and teachers alike!). Your support allows us to invest into programs and activities to support our students' education. As a reminder, the first 200 members to join the PTA will receive a calendar magnet, so you don't miss any school or PTA activities this year. Please consider supporting our efforts by joining the PTA.

We are seeking a few more volunteers to be room parents this school year. It's a great way to get involved with your child's class, work directly with teachers, and act as a point of communication with the PTA. Fill out this form to apply!

We also have a few FUNdraisers going on through this Friday, September 5:

- Knock the SOCKS off Spirit Days with Spring Brook Socks

- Stock up on New Spirit Wear for yourself or your students

There's a lot going on right now - keep reading for more events, activities, and volunteer opportunities. And don't forget to check out our website - it's a one-stop-shop for all things Spring Brook. Have a good week.

The Spring Brook PTA is a partnership between parents and educators to enhance learning and enrich student lives. We are proud to have a supportive school community with more than 76% of our teachers and families joining the PTA last year. We'd love to beat that number with even greater participation this year.

Your involvement can be as much or little as you wish, but your membership alone goes a long way toward our ability to provide opportunities for our Spring Brook Community throughout the year.

Click here to join today. The first 200 members to join this year will receive a calendar magnet featuring all of this year's important school dates. Classrooms will also compete for incentives through the end of our membership campaign.

For additional information on what we do, and where the funds we raise go, and to learn about the many ways you can get involved, please visit our website.

Consider a PTA Committee Role

Want to get more involved in Spring Brook next year? We have several PTA committee roles open for the 2025-2026 school year. From big events to behind the scenes roles, there's something for every interest and schedule.

Membership, Dough Raising, Spirit Wear & Anti-Bully Week all need committee chairs. Adult Social, Spring Fling & Kids Heart Challenge all have committee chairs assigned, but would greatly benefit from a committee of volunteers or co-chairs for additional support.

Contact Marissa Kopp to get involved.

If you're interested in this important role, please complete this form.

Room parents will be chosen and notified by the PTA Vice President by September 8.

  • Friday, September 5 - Spirit wear orders due
  • Monday, September 8 - Room parents notified on or before this date
  • Now through Friday, September 19 - IPPC Winter Coat & Boot Drive
