Principal's Message

Hello Pacific Drive Families!

We've made it through week 2 of the 2025/2026 school year and we are excited for what is in store in the coming weeks! Among many exciting things, our student council campaign week starts next week and we are eager to see elections and campaign posters in full effect. Our students who run for student council will be able to receive support here at school with creating their campaign video as well.

I want to ask you all for your help with our lunch process. Unfortunately we are no longer going to be accepting food deliveries from companies like Door Dash or Uber Eats. We cannot guarantee the safety of food delivered from these companies and we want to ensure our students are never put at risk in with their lunches. Also, if you deliver food to the office, we are greatly appreciative if you can label the bag or lunch box so we can deliver this to your student without any mix ups. We know how important lunchtime nourishment is, and want to guarantee that all students get their lunches in a timely manner. Thank you for your help with this!

A few friendly reminders for everyone after the first week:

- Student breakfast is served daily between 7:45 and 8:00 am. Our goal is to have students eat during this time so they can finish and be on time for class that starts at 8:15 am.

- Please be mindful of the parking lot signs along the pickup area. We strive to keep our students as safe a possible during arrival and pickup times, so staying in your vehicle and pulling all the way forward in the pickup line before loading or unloading keeps the line of vehicles from backing up into the street.

- Parking spots in the parking lot should be reserved for staff during arrival and dismissal times. If you have a handicap parking sticker or placard, you are more than welcome to pull into the lot and use the designated blue parking stalls.
