Puma News

Week of January 26-30, 2026
Dear Puma Families,
It was great week last week! We continued ACCESS testing for students receiving English Language support and completed MAP benchmark testing for our 9th and 10th graders. This data plays an important role in future scheduling and course planning, helping us better support every student’s growth.
We’ve also loved seeing the excitement around our newly unveiled logo—it’s already making a big impact! Be sure to check out the merchandise store linked below to grab your Puma swag and show your school pride.
As we move into this time of year, our district is closely monitoring the weather and any potential impacts on school operations. The safety of our students and staff is always our top priority. Please stay informed by following Dalton Public Schools on social media and checking the district website for updates.
