StudentPerception SurveyInformation for Parents/Guardians

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Naperville 203 remains committed to educating the whole child by providing comprehensive learning experiences, as well as developing school and classroom environments built upon a strong sense of community and belonging. In alignment with this commitment, we continue to gather student feedback on the climate and culture within our schools.

Students in Grades 3-12 will complete the 15-20 minute Student Perception Survey during the school day between November 2 - November 13th.

All participants will respond to questions regarding teacher-student relationships, self-management, emotion regulation, social awareness, and sense of belonging. Additionally, students in Grades 6-12 will respond to questions regarding rigorous expectations and cultural awareness.

Please click the following links to preview the survey questions for students in Grades 3-5 and students in Grades 6-12.

Students will use their ID numbers to access the survey. As with all District assessment reports, district and school staff will maintain confidentiality and will limit access to individual data to administrators and relevant school-based staff to review feedback on the climate and culture within our schools.

This formative tool will be utilized to identify areas of celebration and opportunities to improve the learning environment and school experiences for every student. However, if you wish to opt your student(s) out of this survey, please complete this Student Perception Survey Opt-Out form by 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. The student opt-out form is also available in Spanish and Mandarin.

Thank you for supporting our efforts to create welcoming and supportive learning environments for our students.
