Approval of contracts to enhance student learning and work experience
Approval of a contract with Careers through Culinary Arts Program, Inc. (C-CAP) to provide curriculum, exposure, and entry into multiple industries, as well as college scholarships and job opportunities to DCTS Culinary Program students from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
Approval of a contract with Montgomery County Community College for DCTS Biotechnology program students to participate in dual enrollment and earn up to four college credits from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
Approval of a contract with Neumann University for qualified DCTS Teacher Preparation Academy program students to participate in dual enrollment courses beginning with the Fall 2027 semester.
Approval of a contract with Upper Darby Paramedic Rescue LLC to provide clinical and practical externship training experiences to DCTS Emergency & Protective Services Program students from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 at no cost.
Approval of a contract with Wilkes University for qualified DCTS Teacher Preparation Academy program students to receive up to six credits and 40 hours of classroom observation for the Fall 2027 to Spring 2028 semesters.
Approval of a contract with Temple University for DCIU to provide field placements and internship opportunities for students in the School Psychology program from June 4, 2026 to June 30, 2030 at no cost.
Approval of a contract with Widener University for DCIU to provide clinical education and observational experiences to students in the Dwyer School of Nursing program from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 at no cost.

Approval of partnerships to enhance student and family outcomes
Approval of a contract to partner with Delaware County Workforce Development Board and PA CareerLink from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029.
Approval of a partnership agreement with The Foundation for Delaware County Women Infant and Children (WIC) program for Early Childhood Education program students and families from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2028 at no cost.
Approval of a partnership agreement with KidsSmiles for parent education workshops and dental services for Early Childhood Education program students from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2028 at no cost.
