You are Invited to Wellness Wednesdays

As we head into November and December, it is easy to let our own wellness take a back seat. By participating in Wellness Wednesdays, we can be mindful and take small steps to care for ourselves—setting us up for a healthy and energized start to the new year.

Each month, we’ll have a new wellness challenge. If you participate, you can turn in your completed form for a chance to win a wellness prize. Forms will be placed in your box Monday morning.

Hydration Challenge Instructions:

  1. Set a daily water goal (e.g., 64 oz or 8 cups), or adjust based on your needs.
  2. Mark each cup or bottle of water you drink throughout the day.
  3. Aim to reach your hydration goal by the end of each day.

Let’s prioritize wellness together.

Eligibility-

-Thank you all for your help and diligence with this process – it has been a learning experience for me – most of the kids have taken care of these issues in a timely fashion – we still have a few that we are working with and they are earning their way back into eligibility – thank you again for all of your help.

Vehicles-

-Thank you also for communicating so well regarding vehicles as you need them and also for your patience when you have to be flexible because they are all being used.

Tardies-

-Now that we are in full swing I have a small handful that have received consequences for exceeding the limit(s) – I will continue to monitor this weekly.
