Letter from the Principal
Dear Tiger Families,
What an exciting and eventful week it’s been at St. Teresa! We kicked things off with a visit from the Belleville Police Department to review our safety procedures, followed by a successful school-wide bus evacuation drill.
Our PreK–4th grade students were thrilled to welcome the Belleville Fire Department, who shared important tips about home fire safety. Several classes even had the chance to go through the ESCAPE House for a hands-on learning experience. While that was happening on campus, our 6th–8th graders hit the road on a fan bus to Pinckneyville to cheer on the Saints.
A huge congratulations to our Saints baseball team for clinching 4th place in the State Tournament—we are incredibly proud of your hard work, dedication, and school spirit!
Looking ahead, next week brings even more to look forward to:

The Walk for the Poor will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday

Students in 3rd–8th grade will take part in new or refresher server training

Hard to believe, but Friday, October 17th marks the end of the 1st Quarter

Once a month at the 11:00 AM Mass at St. Teresa Church, we celebrate our Children and Youth Mass.
During this special liturgy, the young members of our parish are invited to take part in the ministries of the Mass—serving as greeters, ushers, readers, and gift bearers.
Our next Children and Youth Mass will be held on Sunday, October 19th at 11:00 AM. We encourage all families to mark their calendars and join us for this joyful celebration.
