Good Afternoon Jaguar Nation!
We are entering the final two weeks of school, and it’s a great time to finish strong while continuing to earn our spots—demonstrating the core Jaguar characteristics of accountability, integrity, perseverance, empathy, and respect in everything we do.
Next week, students will finishing grades for the quarter and starting work on final performance task projects for the year. Please ensure Chromebooks are fully charged each day and continue to monitor grades to support a strong finish.
This week, students also received their yearbooks, and it has been a joy to see them celebrating their memories and accomplishments. We have a limited number of additional copies available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Students interested in purchasing a copy may stop by the photojournalism classroom across from the library.
8th grade families—please review the calendar of events below to stay informed about the exciting celebrations and important dates ahead. Our 8th graders had an amazing time at Pinstack, and we are proud of the way they earned their spots by displaying respectful, responsible behavior throughout the event. Their conduct reflected the true spirit of Jaguar Nation. Coming up, 8th grade students will attend the Aloha Pep Rallies at both Walnut Grove and Rock Hill High Schools. Transportation will be provided, and teacher chaperones will accompany students to each event.
