Change to Sport Physicals
The West Shore School District Athletic Department is excited to announce that we are moving to a digital format for all sports physical paperwork!
Moving forward, all athletic physical forms must be submitted online through Rank One. Paper copies will no longer be accepted. All sections in Rank One must be completed online. If your student already had their physical done at the school or turned in a hard copy(pages 5 and 6), our staff will upload it for you.
For more details, you can visit the district website.
