Millard Teachers Highly Educated & Experienced Millard Teachers Highly Educated & Experienced

The Board of Education received the personnel report last night. Millard has 1,738 teachers across our 35 schools. On average, Millard teachers have more than 15 years of experience in the classroom.

They are also highly educated. A total of 1,352 of our employees have earned their Master’s degrees, and 49 have earned doctorates. Millard is also training the next generation of teachers. Over the past year, the district has hosted 89 student teachers from 13 universities.

We Want to Hear from You! We Want to Hear from You!

We need your help. Each year, Millard asks parents and guardians to fill out the Millard Engagement Survey, a short questionnaire that we use to guide our planning for the future. This is your voice for your child’s education, and we are listening. Please help us get better. Look for an email from your principal with a survey link. You will receive an email for each school where you have a child.
