Attendance Contest
As I've previously shared, this year we have a goal of 95% average daily attendance this year. To promote the importance of attendance, we will be having various activities throughout the year to motivate students to come to school. Our first school wide activity is to create and submit a poster that highlights why “EVERY DAY COUNTS”. This is an opportunity for students to share their views on why they feel attendance is important. I can't wait to see what our students come up with!
Here is some other information:
The top poster from Reidy Creek will be made into a life size poster with the student's name.
Individualized stickers of the top poster design will be created.
The top poster submitted from each school site will be entered in a district-wide contest.
The top poster from all sites will be posted on the district attendance webpage.
