Dear Families,

As we enter the beautiful month of May, I am excited to share all the fun spring activities our preschoolers have been enjoying. From celebrating the Week of the Young Child to releasing ladybugs on Earth Day, our students have been very busy!

This month, we will be celebrating our amazing teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week, learning more about nature, and spending time with families. We look forward to a month filled with growth, discovery, and lots of springtime fun! 🌷

Warmly,

Kaitlyn & Victoria

Vacation Credit, Hiatus, & Withdraw Reminders

Please see below for the following reminders regarding vacation credit, hiatus, & withdrawals. Please take special note of our policies around withdraw dates & vacation credit eligibility.

🌴Vacation Credits: Vacation credits require two weeks' written notice via email in order to be utilized Credits reset on July 1st. Credits can only be utilized for a Monday-Friday absence. If a child is present for any portion of the week, regular tuition will apply. New students must be enrolled for 6 months to be eligible for a vacation credit. Students who have taken a recent hiatus will need to wait 6 months to be eligible for a vacation credit. Vacation credits do not "carry over" from year to year. You are not eligible for a vacation credit if you are within 30 days of your withdraw date.

🟡Hiatus: We require a 30-day (4 week) written notice via email for a hiatus date A hiatus must be a minimum of three weeks long We will require a specified return date before we can place your child on hiatus in order to maintain their spot on our roster. Families who have notified us of a hiatus date are no longer eligible for a vacation credit. Students returning from hiatus are not eligible for a vacation credit until they have been back at school for 6 months.

🔴Withdrawals: Withdrawals require a 30-day (4-week) written notice via email in order for your enrollment deposit to be applied toward your final week’s tuition. Families who are within 30 days of their withdrawal date are no longer eligible to use vacation credit. If a family withdraws without providing the required 4-week notice, tuition remains due for that period.

Menu is subject to change based on vendor availability.

Menu will be posted once available!

Please make sure you enter the parking lot from the south side closest to Wissahickon Ave and exit to the north side towards Sumneytown Pike.

Please make sure that you are parking in the parking spots. You cannot pull in front of the building at any time during the day. This makes it difficult for us to receive mail or deliveries and makes it hard for parents who are already parked to back up or pull out to leave. If there are no spots available, you can pull on the grass or wait until a spot becomes available. Pulling in front of the building poses a safety concern for all we appreciate your understanding
