1. Following Directions (Simon Says, Red Light Green Light)
2. Self Regulation (Take deep breaths when upset, take a quiet break)
3. I can ask for what I need and want. (Practice asking)
4. I can take turns. (Board games, talking at the table, playing with toys)
5. I can manage waiting. (Count while waiting, finger taps, I spy)
Academics:
1. Read
2. Write your name
3. Identify uppercase and lowercase letters + letter sounds
4. Identify numbers #0-20 & count
5. Identify colors and shapes
Self Help Skills:
1. Zip and unzip jackets

3. Get dressed and undressed
