Welcome Back V3A Huskies!
Principal Batten's Weekly Message
I hope that you and your family are having a wonderful 3-day weekend. Reminder that there is NO School Monday, September 7th due to the Labor Day holiday. Congratulations to V3A students, families, and staff for V3A increasing and meeting growth for the 2025-26 school year. We are proud of the combined efforts from all for helping our Huskies grow as virtual learners.
This week, most of our high school students (and select 8th-graders) have required HS-EOC diagnostic testing at V3A this week. Students who are testing should arrive at V3A (219 Charles St., Entrance #1) by 8:00 am with their charged laptops AND chargers. The front of the school is for drop-off and pick-up only, and families should not park as it is also used for school bus drop off in the morning and at lunchtime.
Students needing bus transportation for testing should sign up online by 9am Monday, in order to be added to the bus route: https://v3a.online/bus.
If you have questions or see any conflicts, please email or call Toni Fletcher (tfletcher@vcs.k12.nc.us; 919-221-5600).
