Students Driving on Campus Reminder
Don't forget to display your NLHS Parking Pass!!
Driving on campus is a privilege, and with that comes the responsibility to keep everyone safe. Lately, we’ve seen an increase in reckless driving by students, and it can become a safety concern for pedestrians, bus drivers, and other drivers.
If you drive on campus, please slow down, stay off your phone, yield to the school bus at the school bus intersection, and watch carefully for people crossing, especially in the parking lot areas. A few extra seconds of caution can make a big difference. Also as as reminder, there should be no vehicles traveling through the bus parking lot during arrival or dismissal times.
Unsafe driving will lead to loss of campus driving privileges or other consequences, so let’s look out for one another and help keep campus a safe place for everyone.
Thanks for doing your part and driving safely!
