Girls on the Run Coaches
The pathway to becoming a GOTR volunteer coach is unique for everyone. Some coaches are former participants. Some are teachers or parents. And some are community members who are passionate about inspiring the next generation of women. Join us as a coach this season at Sioux Falls Marcella LeBeau Elementary and watch team members grow in confidence and kindness and amplify their inner strength. As long as you can commit to a 1.5-hour practice at 3:00pm once a week for 8 weeks and bring a can-do attitude, we’ll provide everything else you need for a successful -- training, tools, and more! After each season, participants become equipped with essential tools to navigate life’s challenges with empathy, grace, and courage. From there, they become changemakers who lead with compassion, kindness, and resilience.
