Pauba Valley Flight Plan

As we head into the heart of winter, we want to take a moment to talk about something that makes our school community thrive: the presence of your amazing students. Our theme for February is simple but powerful:

"Caring about school = Showing Up! Family support makes a difference."

We know that life happens—alarm clocks fail, shoes go missing right when you’re walking out the door, and the February chill makes the bed feel extra cozy. However, when students are here, they aren’t just "in class." They are building friendships, discovering new talents, and gaining the confidence that only comes from being part of the daily rhythm.

Why every day counts:

Connection: Consistent attendance helps kids feel more connected to their peers and teachers.
Consistency: Learning is a building block process; being here helps them stay on top of each new concept.
Character: Showing up even when it’s cold or "just a Tuesday" builds incredible resilience for the future.

We know that regular attendance is a team sport, and we couldn't do it without your support. Thank you for being our partners in making sure your child is here and ready to grow.
