Progress Learning "Quick-Click Remediation" After the Assessment
Progress Learning's "Quick-Click Remediation" allows teachers to instantly assign targeted practice to students based on weak areas identified in assessments. Teachers can click on red/yellow dots in progress reports, select up to three standards, and assign customized, automated remediation to help students fix specific gaps in understanding.
How to Assign Quick-Click Remediation
- 1: Assignment Bank: Navigate to the Assignment Bank, click "Assign Remediation," select up to three weak areas, set dates, choose students, and click "Assign".
- 2: Progress Report: Run a report, click on the color-coded dots indicating low scores (red/yellow), select students, and assign targeted, automated practice.
- 3: After Assessment: Immediately assign remediation based on results from a completed assessment.
Key Benefits & Features
- Tailored Practice: Automatically generates focused practice assignments, allowing students to work only on questions they missed or standards they did not master.
- Data-Driven: Uses detailed reports to identify precisely where students struggle.
- Efficiency: Streamlines the process of assigning extra help for teachers, making it ideal for tier-II intervention.
- Result Tracking: Allows teachers to view results of completed remediation assignments in the Gradebook.
This tool helps teachers quickly bridge learning gaps and prepare students for state testing.
Wellness Screening March 23
On March 23, 2026 we will be hosting a comprehensive health screening right here at our worksite. This screening, a $300 value in many healthcare settings, will be FREE for employees, retirees, COBRA subscribers and covered spouses whose primary insurance coverage is the State Health Plan (Standard or Savings Plan). To participate in this screening, please see the attached instructions to schedule an appointment.
You will receive an email prior to your appointment to confirm and a link to complete your forms. Please do this before your appointment.
Soon after your screening, your results will be on the patient portal that you set-up. You will receive an email stating that your results are ready. Any values outside of the normal range will be highlighted. Please note the following:
- The health screening requires fasting prior to your appointment. Do not eat anything after midnight. You can drink water and black coffee before having blood drawn. If you are a hard stick, please drink plenty of water before having blood drawn. It does help!
- Arrive on time to your designated appointment time.
- Bring insurance card to the screening.
- Insurance allows for ONE preventive worksite screening per calendar year (January-December).
- Dependent children ages 19 and older with insurance coverage thru PEBA are eligible.
- If Medicare or Tri-care is your primary insurance, you are not eligible for a FREE screening.
- No PEBA insurance, blood work is $47.00. This includes a CBC, Lipid Panel and Comprehensive Metabolic Panel.
- We do not accept other insurance, nor do we bill other insurance.
- We do offer extra tests which you would need to pay for the day of the screening (see attachment).
- We accept cash, check, debit card, credit card and flex spending card. If you are paying by check, make the check payable to Fitness Forum.

Studient "Impossible Shot" A Growth Mindset
The purpose of the activity is to have students experience building a mindset for success. Students worked in teams of 3–4 to design their own “impossible shot,” using two sheets of notebook paper to create a ball and a designated space in the classroom to build a creative, but safe target. Each group planned, tested, and refined their shot through trial and error, focusing on clear goals, predicting where the shot would miss, making adjustments, without making it too easy, and giving one another helpful feedback while tracking how many attempts it took to succeed. Over 10–15 minutes, students demonstrated persistence, collaboration, and problem-solving as they improved their designs. We closed with a reflection discussion on growth mindset, how it felt to miss, what kept them going, and how encouragement and a positive “I can do this” attitude helps us push through challenges in school and beyond.
