Help Create Our Mascot Character

For the first time in district history, Spring Grove Area School District is exploring the development of an official live costumed mascot to represent the Rockets at school events, athletic competitions, pep rallies, parades, and community celebrations.

• The Spring Grove Rockets name, identity, and traditions are not changing.
  
  
• We are simply gathering ideas and feedback about what a Rockets mascot could look like and how it should represent the spirit of Rocket Nation.

Students, staff, families, alumni, and community members are invited to share their ideas and help shape Spring Grove's first-ever Rockets mascot.

The survey will remain open through July 9 at 11:59 PM.

• Responses will be reviewed by the Student/Staff Lighthouse Culture Action Team.
• Common themes and ideas will be identified.
• A community vote will take place later this summer to help determine the mascot's direction.
• A district-wide mascot naming contest and fundraising campaign will follow.
• The mascot will be unveiled during a special community celebration.
