The Southeast Texas Purchasing Cooperative administered by Region 5 Education Service Center uses Bonfire, an online procurement software, to help us keep track of your information and maintain better communication with you.

Southeast Texas Purchasing Cooperative (SETX PC) bids are processed and stored electronically through Bonfire. To view our current bid opportunities click the Region 5 ESC - Euna Procurement Portal button below. You must create a free account to submit a bid on any of our open opportunities. This will only take a few minutes.

After setting up your account, click on the category/categories you are interested in and download the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.

Open bid opportunities listed in Bonfire will indicate the bid status, reference number, project name, close date, and days left for bid submission. Vendors are invited to bid on as many categories as they would like during each bid month for one service fee. Occasionally more than one bid month will appear in Bonfire simultaneously. You can reference the close date to know which bid categories are grouped under the same bid month. Additionally, you could refer to our bid schedule to see the month bids are released.
