I hope you have a safe, happy, and cozy October weekend!!!
We have one more night of conferences: Thursday, October 22 (3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.).
We will be scheduling conferences this year through your Skyward Parent Access. See below for instructions on how to schedule a conference.
If you need assistance with scheduling please call the Prairieview office at 269.565.4600.
1. On the login screen of Skyward, enter your username and then enter your password.
If you don’t remember your password, you can click the “Forgot your Login/Password” button and it will send an email to the email address found in Skyward.
If you don’t receive the link, contact the main office of your student’s building and the secretary will be able to tell you your username and reset your password.
2. Once logged into your account you’ll see a list of options along the left hand side. Click on Conference.
3. Next click on All Conferences.
4. Click on Select a Time and choose your desired timeslot.
5. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you and your child’s teacher.
Retakes will be taken on Friday, October 23 for anyone who needs it, including those who were absent on the original picture day. If you are choosing to have your student's picture retaken you must send back the original package. If you have any questions regarding this please call the office.
On Wednesday, October 28, teachers and students are going to have a Prairieview PINK OUT Day in honor/support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Please join us by wearing as many pink items as you can. Pink hats, pink shoes, pink hair...PINK EVERYTHING!!! We can't wait to see everyone at PV dressed in their pink 😊.
Prairieview Elementary will be having a Halloween parade this year!!! The parade will be on Friday, October 30 at 2:00 p.m. Students will NOT wear their costumes to school on this day. They are to bring their costumes and will change into them prior to the parade.
Parents may come to the school at 1:45 p.m. to help students get into their costumes if necessary. Please do not come before 1:45 p.m.
The parade will follow a path around the playground where families can line the sidewalks and watch their students. If the weather does not cooperate we will be moving the parade inside and spectators can watch in the gymnasium. We will post updates on Prairieview's Facebook page.
Important information to note: costumes CANNOT include any type of weapon (real or fake) and costumes should be merry...not scary :)
