Principal's Corner
Dear Hirsch Hawk Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to invite you to our Open House on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to showcase the incredible growth and learning our Hawks have experienced over the past month.
The evening will begin at 5:30 p.m. with our Annual Title I Meeting in the cafeteria, followed by classroom visits from 6:00–7:00 p.m. During classroom visits, you will be able to see your child’s learning environment and connect directly with their teacher.
To help you make the most of your time, here are some helpful questions you may consider asking your child’s teacher:
-
What are the most important skills my child will learn this year?
-
How do you support students who need extra help?
-
How can I support my child’s learning at home?
-
What routines or strategies work best for my child in the classroom?
-
How can I best stay informed about my child’s progress?
We know that when school and home work together, students achieve their highest potential. As we aim to move Hirsch Elementary from a C to a B campus rating, your partnership and support are more important now than ever.
Also, please note:
-
Progress reports will go home on Friday.
-
On Friday, students will have the opportunity to enjoy Chick-Fil-A for lunch. This program not only provides a special treat for students but also helps raise much-needed funds for our school. To help the day run smoothly, lunch deliveries will be limited. Use this https://form.jotform.com/ChickfilASpring/hirsch-elementary-school to place your child’s Chick-Fil-A order.

Don’t forget to order your child’s school shirt using this
Together, we are building unstoppable Hawks who are ready to soar. Thank you for being such an important part of our school community—we couldn’t do this work without you. We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday evening!
With gratitude and optimism,
Principal Patterson
