Hello families!

It was wonderful to see many of you at the Halloween parade on Friday! Thank you to all the parents who volunteered at the party. It was a wonderful day for the students!

Door Decorating

Here is a sign up to decorate our classroom door for each holiday/season! If the dates/times do not work, please reach out to coordinate a time with me to decorate the door.

Literacy

This week we are learning how to read and spell words with l and t blends in 95% Group. The homework packet this week is pink. Please time your child for 1 minute as they read the passage and record how many words they read correctly and how many errors on the bottom. There are two passages but if it is overwhelming for your child, you do not need to read both each night. You can alternate reading. As long as you read a passage all four nights, your child will get full credit. Homework is due Friday. If you are unable to complete it by Friday, you can turn it in as soon as it is finished.

In CKLA Knowledge, are beginning our domain on Early Word Civilizations

Math

This week is Lesson 8 Use a 10 to Subtract. There will be a quiz on Friday.
