Please access the PowerSchool Parent Portal today via the district website, under the PowerSchool Quicklink or at https://powerschool.eccrsd.us/public/. The PowerSchool Parent Portal will allow parents/guardians to select their preference for the 2022-23 school year, update contact information, access schedules, bus information and check grades.

IMPORTANT: If you do not remember your username and password, you will need to click on the “Forgot Username or Password?’ link on the Parent Portal once it opens. Class of 2026 were sent a letter on July 20th with their login and password information.

Please access PowerSchool to set up your Parent Account, and then access the following forms and information.

• Free and Reduced Lunch Form - Please login to PowerSchool to sign a release which allows specific programs to access your student's fee waiver status in order to process fee waivers.

Parents will be able to access their student’s TIR assignment, schedule and bus information on August 31, 2022 at 3:30PM.

Summer office hours will run 7:30 AM-3:30PM PM Monday - Friday starting Wednesday, June 22th. The School will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2022.

Starting Monday, August 22nd, the hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00-4:00PM.

Class of 2026/New Student Transition Camp

• Camp Dates: This camp is 2 days. Wednesday, August 24th, & Thursday, August 25th, 2022
• Time: 2:00pm – 6:00pm
  
• Purpose: This program is designed to assist incoming freshmen and new students in making a smooth, successful transition from middle school to high school. The camp will be facilitated by Eastern Student Alliance mentors and advisor.

SUMMER COLLEGE WORKSHOP

Eastern will be offering a summer college workshop for rising seniors to get a head start on the college application process. Learn about Common App, Naviance, FERPA, requesting letters of recommendation, transcripts, updating your resume, and more!Eastern will host eight, two-hour sessions. Seats are limited and reservations are required. Parents are welcome to attend, but must also reserve a seat. You do not need your iPad, desktops will be used.

Eastern is beginning our eighth year of our one-to-one iPad initiative, deploying iPads to the class of 2026 beginning August 23, 20212 and August 24, 2022 during the Class of 2026 and New Student Transition Camp. Prior to ninth graders and new students receiving their iPads, parents must review and sign the Digital Learning Environment - DLE - Agreement in PowerSchool (Parent Access Letters were mailed on July 27, 2022).

Students unable to attend the transition camp will be able to pick up their iPads on Monday, August 29, 2022 from 7:30am to 8:30am at Eastern’s main entrance. Students unable to attend either event will be given their iPad on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 during their TIR period.

In addition to the DLE Agreement it is recommended that parents purchase the optional iPad Protection Plan. Information regarding the optional insurance program and online payment is available via https://bit.ly/iPadProtectionPlan

Students will receive directions on how to set up their iPad and create the accounts when they pick up their iPads.
