Weekly Update

Dear Oak Brook Families,

We have had three great weeks of school!

Thank you to our wonderful staff for hosting a great Open House and to our amazing PTO for planning and hosting our spirit night last night! A lot of work goes into planning these events and we are grateful for you all!

Students in grades 3-4 will be bringing home Chromebooks as needed this year, to finish assignments or other things for class. If you would like your child(ren) to bring home their Chromebook every day please send their teacher an email letting them know.

Have a great weekend!

Sincerely,

Katie & Dan

Let Me Run boys running club starts October 1st! Please see the flyer below.

Playground Update

Our playgrounds will be complete with inspections around the middle of November now. We know that this is not ideal but it is out of our control. The track, field, blacktop, b-ball court, and part of the back playground are available until then though! Also, our wonderful PTO has purchased and solicited donations for recess items besides the normal balls and jump ropes which will be available every day also!

UPCOMING EVENTS:

9/14: All District Choir Rehearsal @ 2:30
9/15: Oak Brook Night at Busch Stadium
9/16: Code Red (Intruder Drill) at Oak Brook (we will stay inside and practice the lock down)
