Academic UIL
There are still a few openings on various UIL teams. If you/your student is not already on more than one team, you can sign up on this form to be considered to be added to the team rolls. This sign-up will be first come, first served so fill your form out quickly for the events you are SURE that you/your student wants to compete in. Coaches will reach out to you about practices if they have room on their team when you sign up. Each team may include up to ten people. Please note that not all teams are listed on the form. If a team/event isn't listed for your grade level, the team is full. Make sure to ONLY select options for your grade level. We will continue collecting names of students interested until all teams are full or until the end of this semester, whichever comes first.

๐ตChoir Solo Festival
Last Thursday, October 8th, we had 33 choir students participate in Solo Festival, where they had to learn and memorize a song, perform for a judge, and receive a rating.
All students who participated received a superior rating, which is the highest rating they can achieve, and we had 8 students from those 33 who were recognized by the judges as exemplary musicians for the evening. Way to go, Hawk Choir!
