Please mark your calendars!
Training: All SACS-Mark your calendars!
Note: All training will be in-person during the 2024-2025 school year and no CANVAS courses will be offered. This is to help alleviate potential misadministrations, teacher and parent letters to CDE and the State Board of Education, and the termination of two SAC positions in the past two years.
Please mark your calendars!
All CoAlt/DLM Test Administrators Mark your calendars!
Note: All training will be in-person during the 2024-2025 school year and no CANVAS courses will be offered. This is to help alleviate potential misadministrations, teacher and parent letters to CDE and the State Board of Education, Short Test Duration Report and TIP Reports.
Pearson Access Next User Accounts
SACS have been granted access to Pearson Access Next on July 15, 2024. SACS may give access to Pearson user accounts to other staff in your building.
2024-2025 Testing Dates:
CDE has formally announced school day testing dates for spring 2025 – I’ve included tentative testing dates to assist schools in their planning. We are no longer allowed an early testing window due to data CDE presented so every school must test in the official window of April 7-25.
Interpretive Guide to Assessment Reports
The 2024 CMAS and CoAlt Interpretive Guide to Assessment Reports is available on CDE’s website. The guide provides information on individual student performance reports, school reports, and district reports provided for CMAS (all content areas) and CoAlt (science) assessment results. Section 2.0 of the guide helps parents and educators understand the student performance reports.
