🍂 Principal’s Message – Welcome Back as we continue to Reset The Compass For Success!
Welcome Back! Resetting the Compass for Success in 2026
Dear Families and Students,
Happy New Year and welcome back to school! As we begin 2026, we do so with renewed energy, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to excellence and to ensuring that every student reaches their full potential.
Our theme for this school year is “Resetting the Compass for Success.” The start of a new year offers us a powerful opportunity to reflect, refocus, and recommit to what matters most—our children. As you think about your hopes, dreams, and aspirations for your child, we ask that you renew your commitment to ensuring that your child learns well, reads well, writes well, and grows into the strongest scientist, mathematician, and critical thinker they can be.
This level of success can only be achieved through a strong school–home partnership. Families play a vital role in student achievement, and we encourage you to get involved in your child’s school community. Attend PTA meetings, stay informed about what is happening in the school, and share your voice and ideas. As we begin this new year, we are looking forward to increased family participation and engagement, as together we build pathways for student success.
Please know that our staff and entire school community are laser-focused on every student. We are dedicated to nurturing children who are hardworking, resilient, confident, and prepared to meet challenges with courage and determination.
Let us take full advantage of this fresh start and make 2026 our best year to date—a year marked by growth, collaboration, and success for all.
Thank you for your continued partnership and trust.
With Love and Appreciation,
Debra Cunningham, Principal
