The 3rd-grade Mustangs are excited to host Market Day for the entire campus! Our young entrepreneurs have worked hard to create products to sell, and they’re inviting all students to join in the fun. All proceeds will be donated to local charities.

Here’s how you can support:

Cash Contributions: Please send your child to school with cash in an envelope labeled “Market Day” anytime from Monday, December 1st to Thursday, December 5th. Alternatively, you can purchase tickets in advance through RevTrak (see link below).
Morning of Ticket Sales: Tickets will also be available for purchase on the morning of the event for cash only.

Items: Priced between $1 and $5

The Central Texas Food Bank reports an “unsustainable” level of need, with operating costs now exceeding $1.3 million per month. Monetary donations are especially effective; just $10 provides about 40 meals through their retail and bulk purchasing partnerships.

This effort builds on the incredible work of Aramark, which continues to support the district’s holiday food drive. As Aramark helps collect non-perishable food, PfISD will focus on raising monetary donations to help the Food Bank stretch every dollar to feed more families.

Each campus will collect coins and dollar donations from November 13 – December 17 in Pf Cares buckets.

This school year, the district has upgraded its visitor management system to the new Raptor Visitor Safe platform, further enhancing campus safety while streamlining the check-in process for guests.

The upgraded system uses iPads for visitor check-in along with wireless badge printing, making the process faster, more efficient, and more user-friendly. Visitors will now be able to check in quickly at the front office, receive a printed badge, and proceed to their destination with ease—while the system simultaneously helps ensure the safety of our students and staff.

Raptor Visitor Safe provides school staff with real-time information and improved tools for tracking visitors across campuses, all while maintaining the high safety standards our community expects. By combining advanced technology with a smoother process, the district is able to prioritize security without sacrificing convenience.

We thank our families and visitors for their cooperation as we transition to this new system and continue working together to create safe and welcoming campuses for all.

In order to make it simpler for parents and avoid forms getting lost in backpacks, we have created this Google Form you can use to report an absence when your child misses school.
