Plato+ Extended Care Registration

Hello Plato Academy Families,

We are excited to start our 2025-2026 school year with Plato+ Registration. We are moving forward with a program called Daily Connect to manage all of your Plato+ needs. Below is the all the information you need...

To get started, use the registration links below to access the Daily Connect Parent Portal.

Once your child is registered and approved by your campus, you’ll receive an email invitation to create your account. From there, you’ll be able to manage payment methods, authorized pickups, and other features within the app.

If you don’t receive the invitation within a few days, please contact your campus coordinator. (Contact information is available at the bottom of this newsletter.)

Additionally, outstanding balances from prior years may also effect registration acceptance.

Parents can pre-pay or add funds to their child’s account at any time through Daily Connect. When a payment is due, the system will use any available balance before charging the ACH or credit card on file.

Weekly Extended Care

Billed every Friday for the upcoming week
Example: Charged on 8/8/25 for care during 8/11-15

Drop-In Care

Charged based on attendance
Billed the following week on Friday.

Holiday & Short Weeks

No charge for full weeks off (e.g., Winter Break, Thanksgiving)
Regular rates apply for weeks with partial closures (e.g., closed Monday or Friday)

If you have any questions about billing or payment setup, please contact your campus coordinator.

To be considered for financial aid, please submit a copy of your 2024 tax return to your campus contact. We will need the following information:

Gross household income
Total number of household members

Once your documentation is reviewed, you will receive an email notifying you if you qualify for assistance and, if so, what pricing you qualify for.

Please reach out to your campus contact with any questions or to submit your information.

All student check-ins and check-outs are done through Daily Connect using a secure PIN code system.

Each authorized pickup will be assigned a unique 4-digit PIN.
When arriving for drop-off or pickup, simply enter your PIN on the tablet provided at sign-in/out.
Staff will verify the match and complete the check-in/out process.
Only individuals listed as authorized pickups with a valid PIN will be allowed to sign students in or out.

You can view or update your authorized pickups and PINs by logging into your Daily Connect account.
