CMS will celebrate Halloween on Friday, October 30! Our annual parade will take place on the front field at 2:00pm. Parents are always welcome, but we must be mindful to not interfere with Ponus' dismissal by making sure all cars and buses have clear access.
Students should bring their costumes to school (not wear them). Please make sure students are able to manage their own costumes.
DEADLINE TO ORDER IS TOMORROW - OCTOBER 23
The CMS PTA is sponsoring a Lyman Orchards Pie and Classic Cookie Dough Sale just in time for the holidays! Lyman offers a wide variety of delicious pies and cookie dough. The sale runs from October 5-23 with delivery on November 23. Paper order forms were sent home in backpacks. For your convenience, you can also order online at the link below.
The PTA will be placing another CMS Swag order shortly (next Friday)! Check out the link and get your orders in ASAP to be included in this round. Big new item is the CMS sports duffle (featured left).
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30, 6:00-9:00pm
On Friday, October 30, the CMS Student Led Planning Committee will host their first event -- Middle School Movie Night! Features include "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown" at 6:30pm and "Goosebumps" at 7:15pm. The cost is $6.00 per person which includes admission, 2 slices of pizza, and a specialty drink! Additional snacks and beverages are available for purchase. Please register at the link below. (This event is for CMS Middle School students only.)

The 8th Grade Staff is looking for donations for the CMS School Store! All proceeds from the school store go directly back to the 8th grade to help support their activities, events, and end-of-year celebrations. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference and helps make this a successful fundraiser for our 8th graders!

If you would like your child's picture retaken, please return your photo package to school on or before Retake Day. If you received a class picture, please remove it before returning the package.
