-McBride 5th grader Pravachan Talluri was named the overall spelling bee winner.
-Band members Canaan Williamson and Andrew Hubbert were selected for UAB Honor Band and All State Region Orchestra (respectively)
-Choral students Maebel Cobb, Alex Cain, Lola Crowden, Kathleen Cantrell, Mary Graham, Leah Strickland, Finley Miller, Grace McAbee, Jackson Hallmark, and Sara Beth Davis all received superior ratings at Trumbauer.
-Math team member Rico Chen placed 8th in geometry at the Vestavia Math Tournament, and the team placed 4th overall.
-Football player Jamir Goodloe was selected to play in the North/South All-Star Game.
-Footbally player Xavier Johnson was selected to play in the AL/MS All-Star Game.
-DAR Good Citizen Nominees: Jackson Jones (Winner), Brady Bolding, and Nora Pace.
