Monday, September 29th and Tuesday, September 30th, Shepherd Financial will match every donation made to Cumberland Road Elementary’s Roadrunner Rock fundraiser dollar for dollar up to $500! It is a great time to make your donation count.

REWARD EARNED: Dress in your favorite sports team gear on October 3rd! We are blown away by your support for Roadrunner Rock! With approximately 2 weeks left, we have raised $15,345 and we are SO close to reaching our school-wide goal of $18,000. If we reach this goal, the PTO will bring BOOMER to CRE for a special convocation! As a reminder, funds raised from this event will assist in this year's special project of improving our indoor and outdoor learning environments and go towards the general PTO budget to support our school.

We only have one more week for our Shoe Drive! Help us meet our goal of collecting 1,000 pairs of shoes for Changing Footprints.

How many shoes do you have at home? Are any of them too old, too small, out of style, or just not wearable? DO NOT THROW THEM AWAY! We want your shoes!

You can bring shoes on Walk to School Day which is Wednesday, October 1. The shoe drive officially ends Friday, October 3.

1ST and 3RD GRADE VISION SCREENING

Vision Screening is required by the Indiana State Board of Health for all 1st and 3rd grade students. All 1ST grade students will be screened here at Cumberland Road on Tuesday, September 30th and all 3rd graders will be screened on Thursday, October 9th. Near and far vision will be both be evaluated, and the results are pass/fail. You will only be notified if your student fails the screening test.

If your child wears glasses or contacts, please make sure they have them at school on those days for accurate testing results.

The Hamilton Southeastern Education Foundation (HSEF) excited to announce two legendary 90’s hit makers are teaming up for an unforgettable night of hit after hit after hit when Blues Traveler and Gin Blossoms perform live at the Fishers Event Center on Friday, February 20, 2026.

Celebrate public education in our community! All proceeds from the event help support HSEF programs including innovative teacher grants, student scholarships, mental health, and student wellness initiatives across all grade levels in Hamilton Southeastern Schools.
