Picture day was Wednesday. We also had our class pictures taken at the same time. If your child was at school Wednesday your child's picture was taken. These pictures will be used in our school yearbook, in our school data and school IDs. We should receive proofs back in two weeks. Retakes will be on December 8.

Masks will be optional starting Monday. An email was sent Thursday eventing with attentional information regarding this decision.

This week the 8th grade class got to experience what has become an annual simulation of 1900's immigration at Ellis Island. Students are given immigrant bio's and have to play the role as they go through the different stations with the hope of being allowed into America. A deeper understanding of what they have been studying took place from this simulation.

1st grade went on a special trip to Jurassic Zone Mini Golf as a reward from our Raise Craze Kindness fundraiser earlier this school year. Even though the day was a little chilly the temperatures did not stop these first graders from having fun.

Thank you to all of you who are continuing to give to our gymnasium project. I get more excited each day as I see each little thing accomplished in the gym. When you have a chance, look at the front and you will see that it's beginning to take shape as the final colors are painted. We should also have the electricity turned on any day now. Thank you for all your support and commitment to our soon completed new gym.

Monday - Haystacks, tortilla chips, pinto beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream and juice

Tuesday - Cheese Quesadillas, mexican rice, beans, salad and juice

Wednesday - Macaroni and cheese, dinner rolls, mixed vegetables and juice

Thursday - Cheese pizza, salad and juice

Friday - Hot dog, fries, cookie and Juice
