Hello Panther Family, Hello Panther Family,

zoom_out_map

I apologize for the delay in my communication this week. I hope that everyone was able to stay dry and warm over the weekend. One of the benefits of evaluation time is that us administrators get a better chance to see the work in our schools. So many of our colleagues are doing amazing things with our students. Whether we are making a difference in the classroom, the lab, in small groups, individual meetings, athletics, clubs, activities there is so much good going on in our school. Sometimes it’s easy to overlook these things during this time. Although it is an amazing time of year, it is also a time of stress at home, at school, and in our personal lives. Please, do your best to recognize the good that is happening around you during these next few weeks. You deserve it.

Please do not forget to recognize each other and your students who are doing these great things with POWER Cards and Student’s of the Month. Take a look at this short two and a half minute video. It’s a good reminder that this isn’t just about fluff. There is a purpose for being intentional about our mindsets and actions regarding positive focus and recognition.

Make a difference today Panthers. Go Panthers!
