Parent Update 11.6.26
Athletic Department Updates
As most of you know already, WHS has transitioned to a new platform called Bound for all WHS Athletic registrations and sports schedules. Please review the important updates and instructions below.
What’s Changed
- Skyward & rSchool/Arbiter: Athletic registration (“Red Card” paperwork) is no longer available through Skyward Family Access. Schedules will no longer be hosted on rSchool/Arbiter.
- New Platform (Bound): Bound will now host all athletic registrations and sports schedules. Please see the attached guide for step-by-step instructions on setting up your account.
- Physical Exam Forms: You are required to now scan/directly upload physical forms to your student’s Bound account. Physical forms will no longer be accepted in the main office.
Action Required by Sport & Student Status
- Fall Athletes that plan on participating in Winter/Spring Sports: If you participated in a Fall sport and plan to play a winter or spring sport, you must log into Bound, select your upcoming sport(s) to join the roster, and pay the $75 registration fee. No need to fill out the paperwork again this school year.
- First-Time Athletes ("Red Card" Video): Any student-athlete who hasn't watched the "Red Card" video must watch it on Skyward Family Access alongside a parent/guardian. Both must sign off confirming completion.
- Co-Parenting / Split Households: To prevent duplicate records, please designate one parent or guardian to complete the Bound registration.
Red Card Due Dates
- Boys Basketball, Boys Swim and Wrestling (Boys and Girls):
Red card paperwork due NO LATER THAN Thursday, November 12, 2026
First practice: Monday, November 16, 2026

AP Testing Update
Families are reminded that AP testing fees must be paid by Friday, November 13 to ensure your student's AP exams are ordered. Any AP exams that haven't been paid for (or the parent has set up a payment plan with the bookkeeper) by November 13th, will be removed from the order. After November 13, adding an exam to the order incurs a $40 late fee (charged by the College Board -- not by WHS) bringing the cost of the exam to $139.
Senior Picture Deadline
Senior yearbook photos will need to be uploaded directly to the Herff-Jones website: https://yearbookshare.com/eShare and the school code is 825. The senior photo should be a headshot with no hands in the photo. The deadline to upload your senior picture is Friday, November 20, 2026. Hard copy photos and emailed senior photos will not be accepted.
Student Services Update
End of 1st Trimester: Tuesday, November 24
A friendly reminder that the 1st Trimester officially ends on Tuesday, November 24, so if you or your student have any concerns about academic progress in any course, now is the time to communicate with your student’s teacher(s) and/or your student’s WHS counselor to be sure your student finds success! Students and families may also contact the Student Services Office by phone at (920) 262-7550.

ASVAB Opportunity for Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors
Watertown High School students in grades 10, 11, and 12 have the opportunity to complete the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) on Tuesday, December 15th, at 8:00 a.m.
The ASVAB is a nationally recognized assessment that helps students identify their skills, abilities, and career interests. Results can guide students toward potential career pathways, both military and civilian. For students who are considering military service, the ASVAB is also used to determine eligibility for specific military occupations.
An optional interpretation session will be offered after testing to help students understand their results and how they connect to future goals. There is no cost to participate.
Families and students can learn more about the ASVAB, including sample questions, by visiting the ASVAB website.
To register, please complete the following form: ASVAB Sign-Up Form
