And just like that—2026 has begun! We hope you had a wonderful holiday break. It’s hard to believe how much some of the students seem to have grown in just two weeks… a few of them look like they shot up 2+ inches!
A new year brings new opportunities, and we have several exciting events brewing at T.E.S. In the coming weeks, we will be hosting:
A Pajama & Book Drive
A Valentine Cookie Decorating Night
Planning for this year’s One School, One Book program
More information will be coming home within the next week or so. For now, please mark your calendars with the following dates:

January 16, 2026 – Pajama Day at TES! This will kick off our Pajama & Book Drive, which will run through February 13, 2026.
January 27, 2026 – First One School, One Book Committee Meeting at 3:30 PM. We are looking for parent volunteers to help plan and prepare for all the fun this program brings. We’d love to have you join us!
Message from the High School Athletic Director:
This Friday (01/09), CVHS will be hosting a varsity basketball doubleheader against Souhegan High School.
Girls’ game: 5:00 PM
Boys’ game: 6:30 PM
This is CVHS’s annual “Claws for a Cause” game, and this year’s cause supports our local food pantries. In lieu of an admission fee, we ask all fans to bring a non-perishable food item. Cash or check donations will also be accepted. All proceeds will go directly to our local food pantries.
We hope to see you there!
