How to Request an Official CCSD Transcript

If you graduated from the Clark County School District (CCSD), you can request an official transcript online through CCSD Student Record Services or Parchment.

Follow these steps:

1. Visit the Transcript Request Portal
   • Go to the CCSD Student Records System or Parchment website.
2. Complete the Online Request
   • Fill out the online application.
   • Graduates who are 18 years of age or older must submit their own request and provide a valid photo ID.
3. Pay the Processing Fee
   • Transcript fees apply and are paid online during the request process.
4. Allow Time for Processing
   • Requests may take up to 10 business days to process.
   • Same-day service is not available.

Important Information

• CCSD permanently maintains student academic records.
• Lost or damaged diplomas cannot be replaced by CCSD.
• An official transcript serves as proof of graduation when needed.
• Questions about official transcripts in June, email LVA Registrar Laura Tuggle at tuggllb@nv.ccsd.net

Attention Graduates!

This week, you will lose access to your CCSD Google account and everything stored in it, including your files, emails, Google Drive documents, photos, and other data.

To keep anything you want to save, download your information before your account is deactivated.

Important Dates

• Google Takeout is available for graduating seniors from May 8, 2026 – June 5, 2026.
• After this period, you may no longer be able to access your CCSD account data.

How to Save Your Files

1. Go to takeout.google.com while logged into your CCSD Google account.
2. Follow the prompts to select and download the data you want to keep.
3. Save your downloaded files to a personal Google account, computer, external hard drive, or other storage device.

Detailed instructions are available on the "How to Download Your Google Data" support page.

Don't wait until the last minute—make sure you save any important schoolwork, projects, photos, or documents before June 5!
