Goodbye February and hello March! Spring is in the air and spring break is near. Last month, we enjoyed promoting the Black History Month Bingo Challenge and promoting books with Black characters written by Black authors. Our book club selection, Concrete Rose, was a big hit. Several students and staff members signed up to read along with us.

This month, we will be featuring Women's History Month, March Book Madness, and our next book club selection, I Must Betray You.

Our theme for this year's competition is"Don't Judge a By Its Cover . . . Except This Once!" The idea is to vote solely on the cover art. These are all brand new books and the covers feature recent trends in cover art.

You can vote even without reading the book! You just vote on the covers that would entice you to read the book. The brackets will update weekly for the next few weeks until we have a winning book for the year. Have fun!

If you read TWO Gateway books, you will be receiving an invite for our Gateway Voting to Go! Stop by the library during your lunch for a slice or two of pizza, vote for your favorite Gateway Nominee of the year, and collect your prize!

We will have our Concrete Rose Book Club discussion on Friday, March 15th, during lunches!
