École Maple ES Family Update
February 18-21
If you are wondering when your student should stay home, and for how long, please see the KFL&A Web site. Let's keep Maple healthy!
Hello Ecole Maple Families,
Happy Short Week!
Remember that tomorrow is Family Day, and there is no school! Have a wonderful day, and enjoy all the new snow that has come in the last week!
Choices at 7
Attention Grade 6 students - Please remember that the LaSalle Open House that was cancelled on Thursday February 13th due to the bus cancellations is RESCHEDULED for Thursday February 20th!
Snowfort Woes
With all this amazing snow comes the building of amazing creations, including some spectacular snow forts. Unfortunately, yard supervisors and staff have noticed an increase in issues arising from students building, stealing snow blocks from, and destroying snow forts. We are asking that parents please talk with their students about being a respectful builder and thoughtful around the hard work that others are placing into creating their own snow forts. This is happening with students from grade 1-6. Thank you!
Get involved with Maple!
We have lots of great clubs and practices happening at Maple this week! Thanks for all the educators who are helping support extra-curriculars! We have handwork club, badminton club, games club, play rehearsal, and book club happening now at Ecole Maple!
Enjoy the long weekend!
